How we work

Discretion policy

Discretion is not a feature we advertise. It is the condition we work under.

Every booking is handled by one person at reception. Your enquiry is not circulated, not forwarded to a shared inbox, and not discussed with any companion other than the one you are booking.

We ask for the minimum needed to arrange a meeting: a name to call you by, a phone number or email to confirm on, and the practical details of when and where. We do not ask what you do for a living, and we keep no notes about you beyond what a future booking would need.

Contact happens only on the channel you choose. Reception will not call a number you have not offered, will not message you outside the hours you give us, and will not identify the agency when leaving a message. If you would rather we store nothing at all, say so when you book: we can confirm from a single conversation and delete the thread afterwards.

Companions are held to the same standard. They do not discuss clients with one another, do not photograph or record any part of a booking, and will not acknowledge you in public unless you greet them first.

Payment is arranged in advance, directly with the companion or with reception. Nothing appears on a statement under a name that describes this agency.

If any part of this is not being followed, tell us. The complaints procedure is a real process with named outcomes, not a formality.
