What you are booking, and what each side is agreeing to.
Babesagency introduces adults to one another for companionship — dinner, an evening, an event, or an overnight stay, at your address or hers. A booking buys a companion's time and company. Nothing else is offered, implied, or arranged, and no part of any fee is payment for anything else. What two consenting adults later decide between themselves is their own business and forms no part of this agreement.
Everyone on the roster is over 18 and works voluntarily. A companion may end a booking at any point, and so may you. A companion who leaves because she felt unsafe is not in breach of anything, and you are not charged for time not spent.
A booking exists when reception confirms it, or when a companion who takes her own bookings confirms it directly. A submitted form is a request, not a reservation.
Cancellation. More than 24 hours before the start, no charge. Within 24 hours, half the fee. Within two hours, or a no-show, the full fee. If we cancel on you, you pay nothing and we will tell you plainly why.
Rates cover the companion's time only. Travel, dinner, accommodation and tickets are yours to cover. Anything beyond the quoted rate is agreed before the booking, never during or after it.
A booking ends immediately and without refund in the case of intoxication to the point of incapacity, pressure of any kind, recording without explicit consent, or an attempt to renegotiate what was agreed once you are alone together.
We do not publish reviews of clients, and we do not pass your details between companions. We may decline any booking without giving a reason.
